How to plan a meeting across time zones

Add every participant's city with the search box. Each city gets its own 24-hour row, with working hours (9:00–18:00) shaded and the deep-night hours dimmed. The columns where everyone is inside working hours are highlighted in green — those are the best times to schedule your call.

Click any column to see the exact local time and date for every city at that moment. Because each city uses its live IANA time zone, daylight saving time is always handled correctly. To dig into a single pair of cities, open the interactive time zone map, or turn the agreed moment into a code everyone reads in their own zone with the Discord timestamp generator.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find the best time to meet across time zones?+

Add each participant's city. Every city shows a 24-hour band with its working hours highlighted; the columns where all cities are inside working hours are marked green — the best times to meet.

Does the planner account for daylight saving time?+

Yes. Every city uses its current IANA time zone, so daylight saving is reflected automatically and the overlap is always based on real local time.
